About this role
Supporting a design team at a luxury apartment developer, this Procurement Coordinator role manages the purchasing workflow and financial compliance that keeps projects moving. You'll generate purchase orders, track shipments and invoices, reconcile credit card charges in E-Builder software, and handle vendor relationships—all while coordinating between the design, construction, and accounting departments. The position requires someone comfortable with both the operational details of interior design procurement and the administrative precision of invoice tracking and payment reconciliation.

You'll need to be detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking across several projects simultaneously, and able to communicate effectively with team members across multiple offices. A business or accounting degree is preferred, along with familiarity with interior design vendors and invoicing practices. This is an in-office role in Atlanta where you'll work standard business hours plus occasional overtime as needed.
Davis Development offers solid benefits starting the month after hire—health insurance (medical, dental, vision, behavioral health), a 401(k) with 4% immediate employer match, company-paid life insurance, and paid time off with carryover. The company is a privately held, established luxury apartment developer with a reputation for treating teams as owner-operators and fostering a results-driven culture.
