Our clients are working with a range of charities and private organisations to recruit passionate individuals like you for roles within Children’s Residential, Domiciliary, Neuro services, and other specialisms as a Support or Senior Support Worker in Coventry. If this sounds like you, we’d love for you to join our client as a Senior Support Worker in Coventry and the surrounding areas, playing a key role in delivering high-quality care and support.

What will your
Responsibilities
be? In this role, you will: Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed

Qualifications
