In the age of technology, things are constantly changing. The travel market is much the same, being more dynamic and complex than ever. Agoda’s Legal team is well suited to take on the opportunities and challenges presented, adopting a proactive mindset to enable the business to tackle complex and time-sensitive problems. We are quick on our feet, decisive and team players, collaborating daily with multiple stakeholders – internal and external. The opportunity:
We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented intern to support Agoda’s Employment and Corporate Governance team. At Agoda, we are constantly growing and at the centre of our growth is our Employment Law & Corporate Governance Team which has helped the company expand its footprint in geographies far and near. You’ll help the team with research, document management, and day-to-day coordination across employment and governance matters. This is a great opportunity to learn how an in-house legal team supports a fast-paced, international business.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Support legal research on employment, corporate governance, and related regulatory topics.
- Help prepare, review, organize, and maintain legal documents, templates, and records.
- Assist with corporate governance processes, including meeting materials, resolutions, and statutory records.
- Support employment-related projects and initiatives, such as policy updates and document reviews.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.
- Available to participate in the internship program from 24th of May to 30th of July 2027 (10-week program)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms
- Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong numerical acumen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment
- Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt
It's great if you have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides
