- Establish vision, priorities, and performance expectations for statewide building programs and capital investments.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with state agencies, legislators, consultants, and private-sector stakeholders.
- Oversee development and execution of the LRBP, including prioritization of projects informed by facility condition data, building performance, and long-term asset value.
- Support and influence legislation related to state facilities, capital development, and infrastructure programs; represent the division in legislative settings.
- Promote data-driven decision-making, innovation, and best practices across facility planning, design, construction, and energy management.
- Ensure effective management of complex programs, including capital construction, facility condition assessments, energy initiatives, and grant-funded infrastructure efforts.
- Serve as a public-facing leader and advocate for the division, maintaining transparency and stewardship of public resources.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
At least five years of progressively responsible experience in architecture, engineering, or construction management, including supervisory leadership.
