Role Summary
Our Patient Navigators partner with our Care Team in helping our patients grow their families! Our Patient Navigators work hand-in-hand with our nursing team to provide our patients with the information they need to approach their treatment cycle with confidence. They simplify an often difficult and confusing process to ensure a seamless transition to the nursing team for cycle management.
Some day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatments plans
- Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures
- Develop trust and positive rapport with all new patients
- Explain complex medical process and terms in a digestible manger
- Monitor patient compliance and readiness for treatment
- Scheduling appointments
Education, Licenses, Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Passion for Reproductive Healthcare
- Exceptional Communication Skills
Employment Type
This is a full-time non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.
Compensation
The starting salary range for this role is $26-30/hr. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.

About this role
Spring Fertility is looking for a Patient Navigator to join its care team at their Oakland or New Brunswick location. In this temporary, in-office role, you'd be the bridge between patients beginning fertility treatment and the clinical nursing team, helping people navigate a complex and often overwhelming process. Your day-to-day work involves creating treatment timelines and calendars, coordinating tests and procedures, explaining medical concepts in accessible language, and tracking patient readiness—essentially building trust with new patients while ensuring they move smoothly into active cycle management.
This position suits someone with a bachelor's degree and genuine interest in reproductive healthcare who communicates clearly and can translate clinical information for people outside the medical field. You'll need to be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with early hours and rotating weekend and holiday schedules. The role pays $26–30 per hour depending on your background and experience.
