About this role

Delish is looking for a culinary video producer to own the full lifecycle of food content production—from developing recipes and planning shoots through final edit and performance optimization. You'd be responsible for coordinating all the moving pieces of culinary video production: talent, ingredients, equipment, schedules, and logistics. On set, you'd lead shoots to ensure they run smoothly and creatively while maintaining high production standards. You'd also review edits, provide feedback to post-production partners, and use platform data to strengthen future content.

This role suits someone with at least three years in culinary production, video production, or food media who can manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment. You'll need strong organizational skills, editorial judgment about what makes compelling food storytelling, and the ability to collaborate across creators, editors, talent, and internal teams. Familiarity with social video platforms and audience trends is a plus.

The position is temporary and hybrid based in New York City, requiring regular office time. Compensation is $100,000 annually.
