About this role
Hasbro's summer internship program in London offers commercial roles across sales, retail, analytics and business development—though the specific project won't be confirmed until after you apply and a recruiter reaches out. You'd be working on real priorities like analyzing retail data, supporting customer account plans, building sales dashboards, or researching market opportunities, partnering with teams across marketing, brand, finance and supply chain. The work is genuinely tied to how Hasbro's iconic brands reach retailers and fans.
You'll need to be enrolled in a business, sales, marketing, economics, analytics or related degree program, with strong analytical thinking and communication skills. Spreadsheet and presentation experience helps, but they're more interested in your curiosity about how commercial operations work and your ability to turn data into clear recommendations than in a polished portfolio. They explicitly welcome applicants who don't tick every box if you show potential and willingness to learn.
The program runs June to August (10–12 weeks) at either Capper Street or Stockley Park, mostly hybrid with three days in-office per week, though some roles may be fully onsite. It's paid at rates varying by degree level, with relocation assistance available. Applications are reviewed rolling from November through March, so timing depends on when specific projects are confirmed—you won't know your exact team or schedule until after interview.
