About this role

Harrow Health is seeking a Production Downstream Lead to oversee labeling and packaging operations at its Ledgewood facility, where you'd manage daily production activities, ensure cGMP compliance, and serve as the technical point of contact for your team. The role involves hands-on leadership of production staff, monitoring output against schedule, maintaining batch records and production metrics, and rotating into labeling and packaging work as needed. You'd collaborate across departments—particularly with Visual Inspection—to keep products moving through the pipeline while identifying opportunities to improve processes and solve manufacturing problems.

This position suits someone with one to three years of pharmaceutical manufacturing or medical device experience, ideally in a sterile environment, who combines attention to detail with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. You'll need to balance multiple priorities: training and managing people, keeping schedules and electronic systems current, supporting safety initiatives, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The role requires a high school diploma at minimum, though advanced education is preferred, and demands the kind of personal initiative and motivation that fits Harrow's culture of empowering team members to own their work.
