We are looking for an HR Specialist to join us.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead smooth end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for team members across technical and non-technical departments globally.
- People Development: Help the team members map out personal development plans and support their ongoing professional growth.
- Cross-Functional Team Support: Act as a main point of contact for international teams across different time zones, fostering strong communication within diverse technical and non-technical teams.
- Core HR Operations: Perform other HR duties, including relations inside the teams, performance tracking, policy implementation, and HR process maintenance.
- Educational & Security Content Creation: Collaborate with our Academy to develop comprehensive onboarding materials, training modules, and company security policy courses, and keep materials up to date.
- Recruitment Collaboration: Partner closely with the recruitment team to define candidate profiles, refine job requirements, and streamline hiring for assigned teams.
Requirements
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher written and spoken English level.
- Ukrainian and/or Russian language is required.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or in a similar People Operations role.
- Solid track record of supporting teams located across multiple countries.
- Exceptional organizational skills, independence, and the ability to manage multiple HR workflows effectively.

About this role
Infuse is seeking an HR Specialist to support its global workforce across multiple time zones in a part-time, remote contract role. You would own the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and offboarding through people development and performance tracking—while serving as a primary point of contact for international technical and non-technical teams. The position also involves collaborating with the Academy team to create and maintain onboarding materials, training modules, and security policy content, as well as partnering with recruitment to refine hiring processes for assigned departments.
This role suits someone with proven HR generalist or people operations experience who is comfortable working independently across complex, distributed organizations. You'll need strong written and spoken English at B2+ level, plus Ukrainian and/or Russian language skills. The ideal candidate brings exceptional organizational ability, a track record supporting multinational teams, and comfort managing multiple HR workflows simultaneously. Experience with AI tools is a bonus.
The position offers flexibility within Eastern European Time hours, working four hours per day with reduced Fridays during summer. You'll join a collaborative, innovative team with access to modern tools and genuine opportunities to grow your skills and take ownership of meaningful projects.
