About this role

At iCapital, this Senior Software Integration Engineer role centers on architecting and delivering integration solutions that connect complex client and product ecosystems. You'll own the full lifecycle—from translating business requirements into scalable designs, through development and testing, to production support—working primarily with C#, .NET, REST APIs, and enterprise data formats like XML and JSON. The position demands both deep technical execution and leadership: you'll champion engineering standards, conduct design reviews, mentor team members, and communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders across product, operations, and client-facing teams.

This is an individual contributor role suited to someone with 6+ years of hands-on .NET development who thrives on solving complex integration challenges across databases, APIs, and third-party systems. You'll need strong fundamentals in SOLID principles, microservice architecture, and secure API design, plus proven ability to debug across logs, configurations, and deployment pipelines. The role values self-starters with exceptional communication skills—people who can translate customer needs into technical solutions and guide others through architectural decisions.

The position is based in Colorado Springs with in-office presence Monday through Thursday, and includes a competitive package: $110,000–$130,000 base salary, equity, performance bonus, matched retirement, fully employer-paid dental and vision, and unlimited PTO. Occasional off-hours support for critical production issues is expected.
