Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team, working closely with other product managers, engineers, UX designers, researchers, and data professionals. Your role involves creating and executing a vision for a product area, constantly learning from our customers, and iterating to improve the user experience. You will also collaborate with our UX team, composed of product designers, researchers, and writers.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can envision GetYourGuide beyond its current state, champion our users' voices, and execute a compelling vision.

Successful PMs at GetYourGuide bring a growth mindset and drive business and customer impact by identifying opportunities, getting buy-in from your stakeholders, and executing with urgency.

Team Mission

The Inventory teams own the systems, processes, and logic behind how suppliers manage their availability and prices with GetYourGuide, along with a set of supplier-facing solutions. Our goal is to run this efficiently and reliably for a wide range of suppliers and destinations.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy for a product area in one of our three Inventory teams. Working with an Engineering Manager, engineers, a product designer, and an analyst, you will shape the systems, flows, and logic behind availability and pricing, as well as the solutions suppliers use every day.

This is a cross-functional space. You will work closely with Care, Finance, Business Operations, Sales, and other teams across GetYourGuide, and with suppliers directly.

We are looking for a product manager who thinks in systems, brings strategic clarity and executional rigor, and enjoys untangling complex problems.

What You'll Do

  • Ownership: Develop and own a 12+ month strategy for your product area, set clear, measurable goals, and take full responsibility for outcomes. Identify where the non-incremental impact sits and sequence the roadmap to reach it.
  • Supplier empathy: Build a deep understanding of suppliers: their business, their needs, and the problems they face. Turn those insights into hypotheses, and represent supplier needs at every level of the organization.
  • Prioritization: Analyze supplier and traveler feedback, market trends, and business metrics to choose the few problems that matter most. Be explicit about what we will not build, and make clear decisions on sequencing to maximize impact and learning.
  • Systems thinking: Shape the systems, processes, and logic behind availability and pricing so they scale and run efficiently for suppliers and GetYourGuide.
  • Collaboration: Co-create solutions with your team and with partners across the company. Work together to unlock new opportunities for suppliers and for GetYourGuide.
  • Communication: Connect your roadmap to the company’s mission and create genuine excitement for the long-term vision, with your team, across functions, and with executive leadership.
  • Experimentation: Plan and execute experiments to test hypotheses. Use the results to evaluate your team’s investment and inform future product decisions.
  • Leadership: Act with openness and transparency with your team and peers, and coach others on product craft.

Your toolkit

  • 5+ years of professional experience in product management, including end-to-end ownership of a product area: strategy, KPI setup, goal-setting, and roadmap execution.
  • Ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a collaborative way that is aligned with our Guiding Principles.
  • Curiosity about suppliers’ businesses and how destinations work.
  • Regular, effective use of AI tools in your work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Great if you have, but not mandatory: Strong data analytics skills with the ability to derive insights from large data sets.
  • Bonus: Experience with inventory, marketplace, platform, or travel products.
  • Bonus: An engineering or analytics background, or hands-on experience with systems and integrations.

How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary

  • Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development
  • Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year
  • A hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time.
  • Opportunities to collaborate and socialize with team members through quarterly team events and yearly company-wide events
  • Monthly transportation and fitness budget
  • Discounts for you, your friends, and family on GetYourGuide activities
  • Language reimbursement program
  • Health and wellness benefits

And more…

About this role

GetYourGuide's Inventory teams manage the critical infrastructure that lets suppliers manage availability and pricing on the platform. As Senior Product Manager for this area, you'd own strategy and execution for one of three inventory product lines, working with engineers, designers, analysts, and cross-functional partners to shape the systems and supplier-facing solutions that keep this marketplace running at scale. This role demands someone who thinks systemically about complex, interconnected problems and can translate supplier needs into product direction that drives real business impact.

The work spans strategy, prioritization, and hands-on collaboration. You'll develop a 12+ month roadmap with clear goals, dive deep into how suppliers actually operate, and make deliberate choices about what to build and what to defer. You'll run experiments to validate hypotheses, communicate vision across the organization, and work directly with suppliers to understand their pain points. Success here requires balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders—suppliers, travelers, finance, operations, and sales—while maintaining clarity about which problems matter most.

You'll need at least five years of product management experience with full ownership of a product area, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and genuine curiosity about how supplier businesses and destinations work. Data analytics capability and comfort using AI tools are expected. Experience with inventory, marketplace, or platform products, or a background in engineering or analytics, would be valuable. The role is based in Berlin and requires three days in-office weekly, with flexibility to work remotely up to 30 days per year.
