About this role

Working in GOAT Group's Operations center means being part of the team that authenticates and processes millions of sneakers moving through one of the world's most trusted resale marketplaces. You'll spend your day handling physical inventory—photographing shoes, assessing their condition against GOAT standards, picking and packing orders, and processing returns—while also managing the customer-facing side of disputes. When issues arise, you'll document them and communicate with buyers and sellers to find resolutions that keep orders moving toward same-day shipment.

The role demands stamina and precision. You'll be on your feet for up to 12 hours, lifting boxes up to 35 pounds, operating carts and dollies, and working in a fast-paced environment where you need to triage escalated orders quickly and accurately. The position requires someone who's comfortable with direct customer and supplier interaction, detail-oriented, and able to learn GOAT's order statuses and shoe-condition standards on the fly. You should be prepared for occasional extended hours during peak periods, including weekends and holidays.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Easton, Pennsylvania. It suits someone who thrives in logistics and operations, has prior experience dealing with customers or suppliers, and is looking for hands-on work in a growing, high-volume operation.
