About this role

GOAT Group's Decision Center team handles the complex work of resolving fulfillment exceptions in a high-volume warehouse environment. As a Decision Center Specialist, you'd investigate problem orders across inventory, verification, and fulfillment processes—determining whether issues stem from user error, process gaps, or system bugs. Your decisions directly impact both customer experience and operational costs, and you'd own the full lifecycle of each exception, from initial inspection through final resolution and documentation.

The role demands someone with at least a year of warehouse-based problem-solving experience, ideally in order management or customer service. You'll need to be technically comfortable with warehouse management systems and Google Suite, capable of working independently while managing competing priorities, and detail-oriented enough to audit processes for accuracy. Beyond reactive troubleshooting, you'd also identify patterns in defects and recommend training improvements to operations leadership, making this part detective work and part process improvement.

This position suits someone who enjoys systematic problem-solving and takes ownership of outcomes. You'd work in-office at the Easton, Pennsylvania facility as part of a team that meets regularly to discuss exception trends. If you thrive in fast-paced environments where your decisions matter and you're comfortable learning warehouse systems quickly, this could be a strong fit.
