About this role

Fever's Marketplace Operations Team needs someone to manage the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that keeps live entertainment experiences running across their global platform. You'd own the creation and monitoring of experiences on ticketing and distribution systems, coordinate daily launches with product, marketing, finance, and QA teams, and maintain the API integrations that connect external partners to Fever's ecosystem. This is hands-on operational work—catching configuration issues before they affect customers, troubleshooting problems under pressure during peak event periods, and ensuring seamless continuity across 55+ countries.

You'll thrive here if you're a fast learner comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a high-velocity environment, with strong communication skills to work across internal teams and external partners. The role requires at least a year in similar operations, product support, or tech operations roles, fluency in both English and Spanish, and comfort with tools like Microsoft Office, SQL, and dashboards. You're proactive, decisive, and able to react quickly when things go wrong—which they sometimes do in live entertainment.

Fever offers competitive base salary plus performance bonus, a 40% discount on events, flexible remuneration options, gym membership, health insurance, and a young international team based in central Madrid with some home-office flexibility. You'd have real responsibility from day one in a global category leader experiencing high growth.
