About this role

Fever for Business is building B2B entertainment as a scalable service, and this role sits at the center of that growth. You'll own the full sales cycle for corporate group ticket sales—from qualifying inbound leads and running targeted outbound campaigns to closing deals and managing the commercial relationship through to payment. The work spans pipeline generation, CRM management, cross-functional collaboration with billing and project teams, and continuous iteration on messaging and conversion tactics based on performance data.

This is a role for someone with B2B sales experience (ideally in sales development or business development) who's comfortable building processes in a growing organization. You'll need strong communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in media or events is valued, and fluency in both English and Japanese is essential for this Sydney-based position.

The company offers competitive compensation with performance bonuses, superannuation contributions at 12%, private health insurance, wellness benefits, and language learning support. You'll work in-office with a hybrid-friendly setup and join a young, international team focused on reshaping how businesses access live entertainment.
