About this role

Exadel, a 2,000-person AI-first engineering firm serving Fortune 500 clients, is seeking a Global Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, recognition, and incentive programs across their global workforce. This role sits at the intersection of HR strategy, finance, and technology, requiring someone who can build governance frameworks, ensure compliance across multiple countries, and translate complex compensation data into actionable business insights. You'll own annual compensation cycles, manage vendor relationships, oversee pay equity initiatives, and partner closely with Finance on budgeting and forecasting.

The ideal candidate brings extensive progressive experience in Total Rewards or a related HR discipline, with demonstrated expertise in compensation structures, market benchmarking, and benefits administration for global or multi-country populations. Strong analytical skills, familiarity with compliance requirements across jurisdictions, and experience managing cross-functional projects are essential. A background in process improvement and HR technology—particularly in leveraging automation and AI to streamline operations—would be valuable, as would relevant professional certifications.

This is an in-office, full-time position in the US with a salary range of $130,000–$140,000 annually plus bonus eligibility. Exadel offers comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings programs, paid time off, and other wellness benefits.
