About this role

Fever is seeking a US-qualified lawyer with 4+ years of in-house experience in live production or the experience economy to support its global content and events operations from Madrid. You'll join the Legal Department reporting to the Legal Director, working closely with the Originals and production teams to navigate the legal complexities of event production across multiple jurisdictions. This role demands someone who can draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements—from talent and sponsorship deals to distribution and production contracts—while identifying risks, designing mitigation strategies, and keeping fast-moving creative and business teams compliant and focused.

The work spans contract management, legal research, incident response, and internal guidance across intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory matters. The role is contract-based and requires relocation to Madrid. Fever offers competitive base salary plus performance bonus, health insurance, flexible remuneration with tax benefits, event discounts, gym membership, and professional development opportunities including language lessons.
