About this role
Fever's Product Operations team is building the operational backbone for new products and business lines across a global entertainment platform reaching 300 million users monthly. You'd own the end-to-end operational setup and go-to-market for digital products, managing configurations across internal and external systems like Fever's back office, ticketing platforms, Salesforce, and CRM tools. This means defining processes from scratch, monitoring quality and incidents, and serving as the central coordination point between Product, Technology, Operations, Project Management, and Finance to ensure smooth launches and ongoing performance.
The role suits someone with 2+ years in product or business operations who thrives in fast-paced, high-demand environments. You'll need strong problem-solving instincts, the ability to learn tools quickly, and fluency in both English and Spanish. Comfort with Microsoft Office and ideally Salesforce experience will help you move faster, but the emphasis is on being proactive, decisive, and capable of owning workstreams autonomously while collaborating across multiple teams daily.
Based in Madrid with a home-office option, the position offers competitive base salary plus performance bonus, health insurance, Gympass membership, 40% event discounts, and flexible remuneration benefits. You'd be joining a young, international team at a high-growth company backed by major investors and partnered with names like Netflix and F.C. Barcelona.
