About this role
Everlaw is hiring an Account Executive to build and manage a sales territory focused on plaintiff law firms. You'd own an existing book of business while hunting for new customers, running full-cycle deals from discovery through close, and expanding relationships with current clients. The work involves direct engagement with senior decision-makers at law firms—both remotely and in person across your territory and at industry events—plus collaboration with Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, and other internal teams on larger, multi-firm deals.
The role expects at least two years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally with mid-market accounts or law firms of any size. A background in legal tech or direct plaintiff law firm sales is a bonus, as is experience with upsells and non-standard commercial models. You'll need to be comfortable traveling and authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available). The position is based in Oakland with a hybrid schedule: three days in office, two remote.
Compensation runs $100K–$125K base with total on-target earnings of $200K–$250K when hitting quota. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, equity grants, 401(k) matching, 17 vacation days plus four additional company-wide days off, and home office support. This is a genuine opportunity to sell into a category-leading platform during a period of industry transformation.
