About this role
Working as an RN in Providence's Colorectal Surgery Clinic at Swedish First Hill means providing direct patient care in a specialized surgical setting. You'll draw on your nursing training to support patients through their colorectal care journey, working within a clinic-based environment rather than a hospital floor. The role requires a Washington RN license, current BLS certification, and at least one year of prior nursing experience. Within your first 90 days, you'll complete chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration training if assigned to certain oncology services.
Providence emphasizes a culture centered on patient-focused, whole-person care and positions itself as an organization that values and empowers its nursing staff. As part of a large health system spanning multiple states with over 120,000 employees, you'd have access to comprehensive benefits including retirement matching, health coverage, paid parental leave, and professional development support. The position is full-time and based in-office in Seattle, offering the stability and resources of an established health care organization alongside the specificity of working within a surgical specialty.
