About this role

Episode Six is seeking an Implementation Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between the company and its financial services clients during fintech solution deployments. You'll own implementations across three phases—planning, deployment, and post-launch support—while collaborating with internal engineering teams to ensure clients maximize value from the platform. The role also involves identifying process improvements, mentoring others, and acting as a subject matter expert as the organization scales across its global client base.

Success in this position requires 3–5 years in implementation or client-facing technical roles, with at least 3 years of financial services experience. You'll need strong hands-on skills with Java-based systems, SQL and NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Linux command line, REST APIs, and secure file handling. Experience with payments, card systems, or banking integrations is desirable, as is familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and Agile tools. Beyond technical depth, the role demands clear communication across both technical and non-technical audiences, strong problem-solving ability, and the confidence to challenge assumptions and propose solutions.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Buenos Aires. Episode Six emphasizes a people-first culture with professional development and wellbeing support from day one.
