Description
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
- Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
- Assist with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
- Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
Travel:
- St James Park Tube Station – District & Circle Line – across the road
- Westminster Tube Station – Jubilee Line (4 Mins Walk)
- Victoria Station (8 Mins Walk)
- Waterloo Station (10 Mins Walk)

About this role
ConnectsBlue is recruiting a Luggage Porter for a full-time, in-office position in central London. The role centers on delivering hands-on hospitality: greeting guests as they arrive and depart, transporting and organizing luggage according to hotel standards, and operating property vehicles to move guests between the hotel and nearby destinations. You'll also maintain bell carts and work areas to keep equipment in good working order. The location offers excellent transport links, with St James Park and Westminster tube stations within walking distance, plus Victoria and Waterloo stations nearby.
