About this role

Working as an on-call rehab office assistant at Providence means flexible, variable scheduling that fills gaps across multiple clinics in the Portland metro area—Hillsboro, Beaverton, Tigard, West Portland, and Wilsonville. You'll handle front desk support, patient scheduling, and clerical duties in a patient-facing role, which means you'll need solid customer service experience and comfort with medical terminology and clinic operations. The position suits someone seeking part-time, flexible work who doesn't mind rotating between different locations and can adapt to week-to-week or day-to-day schedule changes.

You'll need at least one year in a customer service environment and ideally some experience with MS Office, medical settings, or computerized scheduling systems like EPIC. Some clinic locations require AHA HeartSaver or BLS certification upon hire. Providence emphasizes its culture of whole-person care and employee support, offering comprehensive benefits including health coverage, retirement matching, and paid time off, though benefits may change if you transition to another Providence facility.
