About this role
Endurance is hiring a remote Sales Representative to sell motor vehicle service contracts, primarily handling inbound calls from California regarding Mechanical Breakdown Insurance alongside internet leads. You'll need an active Property & Casualty license and should be comfortable with a high-volume call environment where the expectation is five to seven closes daily. The role demands strong objection-handling skills, persuasive communication, and the ability to complete sales in a single call whenever possible.
This is a 100% commission position with earnings ranging from $85,000 to $125,000 annually, meaning your paycheck directly reflects your performance. Endurance provides paid training backed by over 50 years of experience, generates substantial lead volume through its marketing team, and supplies computer equipment and an internet stipend. You'll work from home but should expect camera usage for training sessions, team meetings, and one-on-ones with management. The contract role includes benefits like 401(k) matching after 90 days, health insurance, and paid time off.
Success here requires one to three years of commission-based or call center sales experience, resilience in handling rejection, strong listening and rapport-building abilities, and comfort with CRM systems like Salesforce. You need to be competitive and goal-oriented, adaptable when strategies don't work, and genuinely open to feedback and coaching. If you thrive on uncapped earning potential and want your effort directly rewarded, this role offers that structure—but it's built for someone who performs well under pressure and stays motivated through a high-rejection environment.
