About this role
Acturhire is recruiting an Associate Manager for Natural Resources who will serve as a key operational bridge between WTW's Latin American clients and the firm's service delivery teams. Based in the Santiago Region Metropolitana, you would handle day-to-day client service across insurance placement, policy servicing, and risk management support—responding to client requests, reviewing coverage options, preparing documentation for renewals, and ensuring timely issuance of evidence of insurance. The role demands strong technical grounding in Property & Casualty and commercial insurance, combined with the ability to understand each client's business operations and global insurance programs well enough to tailor solutions and coordinate implementation across multiple locations.
Success in this position requires building relationships both externally with clients and internally across WTW's regional offices and specialty teams. You'll prepare reports and insurance summaries, participate in client meetings, and apply subject matter expertise to complex risk management questions. The work is hands-on and detail-oriented—maintaining accurate records, interpreting insurer quotations, and supporting account management through documentation and communication.
You should have degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in insurance or risk management, solid working knowledge of P&C and commercial insurance lines, professional English proficiency, and competence with Microsoft Office and standard business tools. This is a full-time, in-office role with potential flexibility across WTW's Latin American presence, though based primarily in Santiago.
