About this role

EquipmentShare's Telematics Warehouse in Overland Park needs someone to manage the full lifecycle of technology hardware—from receiving and inspecting inbound devices through configuring them for field deployment and shipping them out. You'd handle inventory management, device provisioning (including firmware updates and troubleshooting), quality inspections, kitting and assembly, and order fulfillment. The work requires precision: every device needs to leave in "field-ready" condition, every order must be 100% accurate, and documentation must be meticulous. This is hands-on work with scanning equipment, label printers, shrink wrappers, and tools like volt meters and wire crimpers, combined with systems work using inventory management platforms and command-line configuration tools.

You'll need at least a year of warehouse, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience and proven proficiency with inventory management systems. Familiarity with telematics or consumer electronics, experience with shipping platforms like UPS WorldShip, and comfort reading schematics and work orders are all valuable. The role rewards attention to detail, organizational discipline, and the ability to move quickly in a team setting without sacrificing accuracy. EquipmentShare offers competitive pay, full benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, and paid volunteer time—along with the chance to grow within a company built around problem-solving and continuous improvement.
