- Building a robust business plan through community, customer and partner ecosystems to achieve significant Elastic growth within your accounts
What You Bring
- 5+ years of closing complex enterprise software deals – subscription, SaaS or consumption-based – with a documented record of quota overachievement and strong customer references.
- Experience selling into Financial Services in Poland (banks, insurers, payments or capital markets) and an established network among CIO/CTO, CISO, security operations and architecture leaders.
- Working knowledge of how Polish financial institutions buy: KNF guidelines, DORA, outsourcing rules, vendor-risk assessments and public tenders.
- Domain fluency in at least one of our three areas – Security (SIEM/SOC), Observability (logs, metrics, APM) or Search and GenAI – and the curiosity to learn the other two; comfort discussing cloud, hybrid and self-managed architectures, cloud economics and usage-based pricing.
- Credibility with technical buyers and with C-level, risk and compliance stakeholders; the ability to run a value-based, multi-threaded sales process end to end.
- Disciplined qualification and accurate forecasting (MEDDPICC or a comparable methodology) in Salesforce.
- Fluent Polish and professional English.
Bonus Points
- Hands-on sales experience with Elastic, Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, Microsoft Sentinel or a comparable data, observability or security platform.
- Experience selling in an open-source or developer-led go-to-market model.
- Experience with partner-led sales (distributors, integrators) in Poland.

About this role
Elastic is building out its Financial Services presence in Poland and needs an Enterprise Account Executive who can navigate the region's complex regulatory landscape while selling into large banks, insurers, and capital markets firms. You'd own the full sales cycle for accounts with 4,000+ employees, uncovering how they can use Elastic's search, security, and observability platform to solve real business problems—and closing deals that stick. This means balancing technical credibility with C-suite and compliance stakeholders, running disciplined multi-threaded processes, and building pipeline through community and partner ecosystems.
The role demands 5+ years closing enterprise software deals (SaaS, subscription, or consumption-based) with a proven track record of beating quota. You'll need established relationships with Polish financial services decision-makers, working knowledge of KNF guidelines and DORA compliance, and genuine domain expertise in at least one of Elastic's three core areas—Security, Observability, or Search and GenAI. Fluent Polish and professional English are non-negotiable. Prior hands-on experience with Elastic, Splunk, Datadog, or similar platforms, or familiarity with open-source and partner-led sales models, would strengthen your candidacy.
This is a hybrid role based in Poland. Elastic offers competitive pay, family health coverage, flexible scheduling, generous vacation, parental leave of at least 16 weeks, and a $2,000 annual donation match for causes you care about.
