About this role
Doximity is building out its Marketing Strategy & Insights function and looking for a manager who can bridge data science and commercial strategy. You'd work directly with senior leadership and clients to translate analytics into go-to-market decisions for the pharma business—designing analyses that answer key client questions, identifying AI-driven growth opportunities across targeting and messaging, and developing scalable reporting capabilities. This is a client-facing role where you'll own both the analytical rigor and the ability to communicate findings that drive new business and upsells.
The ideal candidate has spent 4+ years at a strategy consulting firm like ZS, Iqvia, or similar, working in pharma marketing analytics or commercial strategy at the Consultant through Manager level. You'll need strong technical chops—SQL, Python, Excel, data visualization—plus hands-on experience guiding analysts and data scientists. Equally important is proficiency with AI-enabled workflows and the structured problem-solving skills to scope complex analyses and present them compellingly to clients.
Based in New York or New Jersey (remote role), you'd earn between $145K and $223K depending on experience, plus equity, bonus potential, and a full benefits package including flexible PTO, parental leave, and professional development support.
