You'll draw on clinical expertise and compassion to support critically ill patients and their families through some of their most vulnerable moments, operating within Providence's framework of whole-person care and mutual respect among the care team.

The role requires a Washington RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least one year of nursing experience. While national specialty certification in cardiovascular nursing is preferred, it's not required at hire. Providence emphasizes that nurse voices shape the workplace culture, and the organization backs that commitment with comprehensive benefits—401(k) matching, health coverage, paid parental leave, and shift differentials—designed to support your wellbeing and career growth alongside your clinical work.

This position is full-time and in-office at one of Providence's 50+ hospitals across the western United States. If you're an experienced nurse seeking a role where your specialized skills are valued and your input matters in how care is delivered, this cardiovascular ICU opening offers that environment.
