About this role
Echodyne is building next-generation radar technology for autonomous vehicles, drones, and critical infrastructure—and they need a Salesforce Administrator to keep their sales engine running smoothly. This mid-level role sits at the intersection of Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT, managing the Salesforce environment while owning projects that help the business scale. You'd handle the full spectrum of admin work: user management, data quality, configuration, and troubleshooting, while also leading initiatives around Account Teams, Opportunity Teams, and Salesforce CPQ improvements. The position requires you to think systemically about how changes ripple across connected systems like NetSuite and Marketing Cloud.
The ideal candidate brings at least three years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with solid Apex skills and CPQ familiarity. You should be comfortable reading and updating code, building Flows, and understanding integrations—but you don't need to be a developer. What matters more is your ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and translate business needs into maintainable solutions. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential, particularly when evaluating how changes affect other teams and downstream processes.
This is a remote, full-time role with a salary range of $91,500 to $129,883. Note that Echodyne's technology is export-controlled, so you'll need to be a U.S. citizen, green card holder, or have asylum or refugee status to be eligible.
