About this role

Working at DailyMail+, you'd be driving conversion improvements across one of the world's fastest-growing media subscriptions. The role sits within a rapidly scaling business—now in its second year and live across the UK, US, and Australia—where your work directly impacts subscription performance on web and app. You'd own the hands-on optimization of paywalls, landing pages, checkout flows, and display assets, working closely with a Senior CRO Manager and collaborating across product, analytics, editorial, and acquisition teams to build and launch A/B tests.

The position demands solid technical grounding: advanced knowledge of CRO and analytics, proven experience with A/B testing platforms like VWO or similar tools, and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and event tracking. You'll analyze test results, set up metrics, manage the CRO roadmap in JIRA, and translate data findings into clear stories for stakeholders. An understanding of UX/UI principles and app or web development fundamentals will help you spot optimization opportunities and evaluate design quality.

This role suits someone analytically minded and detail-oriented who can move quickly in a data-driven environment. You'll need to be proactive, well-organized, and genuinely curious about user behavior—comfortable digging into datasets to uncover actionable insights and comfortable communicating those insights to non-technical audiences. The position is full-time and based in-office at Daily Mail+ headquarters in London's City of London.
