About this role

Effective School Solutions is looking for a licensed clinician to lead mental health services at a high school in Willingboro, New Jersey. You'd deliver individual, group, and family therapy directly within the school setting, conduct assessments and crisis interventions, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for students with behavioral and emotional needs. Beyond direct care, you'd oversee the program's day-to-day operations, serve as the clinical lead for school staff, and provide consultation and training on trauma-informed practices to teachers and families.

This role requires an active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license and at least three years of experience working with adolescents. You should be comfortable working independently, managing clinical documentation in electronic systems, and collaborating across school and community teams. School-based experience is preferred but not required if you have strong clinical judgment and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a school-day schedule with no weekends or on-call work, small caseloads, ongoing clinical supervision and free continuing education, and a salary of $65,000–$75,000. Light summer hours (10 per week for five weeks) are paid at full-time rate. This is a full-time, in-office role suited to clinicians who want to make a direct impact on student mental health without the demands of traditional private practice or higher levels of care.
