About this role
Davis Development is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations at Inkwell, a luxury apartment community in Broomfield. You'll be the hands-on person responsible for keeping the property safe, functional, and appealing—diagnosing and performing routine repairs on units and equipment, managing make-ready inspections after resident move-outs, coordinating with vendors, and responding to emergency maintenance requests. The work spans both technical tasks like appliance installation and regulatory compliance with EPA and OSHA standards, as well as property management coordination like scheduling contractors and maintaining grounds and amenities.
This role requires at least two years of maintenance experience, EPA and OSHA certifications, and a high school diploma. You'll need to balance independent problem-solving with teamwork, manage work orders, operate standard office equipment, and have reliable transportation. The position is full-time, in-office, starting at $28 per hour with benefits including health insurance (after 30 days), a 401(k) with immediate employer match vesting, paid time off with carryover, and professional development opportunities.
Davis Development operates as a privately held company with a culture centered on owner-operator thinking and hands-on management. If you thrive in a detail-oriented environment where maintenance decisions directly impact resident satisfaction and community standards, and you're looking for a stable role with a company invested in its team's growth, this could be a strong fit.
