About this role
SkinSpirit, a 20+ year-old aesthetic skincare chain with 55 locations nationwide, is hiring a Client Care Administrator for its Redmond office. This full-time, in-office role is the operational backbone of the clinic—you'll handle phone coverage for high call volumes, schedule and manage appointments, process client transactions, and manage opening and closing procedures. Beyond the desk, you'll actively promote treatments, services, and current promotions while maintaining the confidentiality and personalized care that defines SkinSpirit's reputation.
The position demands comfort with shift variability, including weekends and evenings, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing sight of client priorities. You'll need strong customer service instincts, proficiency with standard office software (Outlook, Excel, Word), and ideally some exposure to medical office environments or point-of-sale systems like Zenoti. A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred. One or more years of customer or sales experience is essential, with aesthetic or medical spa experience a meaningful advantage.
The salary range is $20–$28 per hour. Full-time employees (24+ hours) receive medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and employee discounts. This role suits someone organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in supporting both clients and a close-knit team in a fast-paced wellness setting.
