About the Team

The Treasury team at DoorDash is responsible for treasury operations on a global scale, supporting DoorDash and its international brands, including Wolt and Deliveroo. The team oversees all areas of treasury, including cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, foreign exchange, debt, investments and treasury systems. At DoorDash Treasury, we value:

  • Truth Seekers - We use data and common sense to solve problems.
  • Growth Mindset - We grow faster than the complexity of the business.
  • Bias for Action - We take ownership and drive results.

About the Role

As a Treasury Analyst, you will support daily cash positioning, cash forecasting, and banking operations across our global business. You will help prepare wire transfers under established approval processes, reconcile cash activity, coordinate KYC and bank documentation, maintain authorized signer records, support internal audit requests, and tackle ad hoc strategic projects to automate manual processes and reduce fees.

In your first few months, you will transition from learning our financial ecosystem to autonomously managing daily operations and driving cross-functional improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage modern financial technology and high executive visibility to transform our treasury function into a strategic, value-creating asset. You will report into the Treasury Manager on our Treasury team in our Accounting organization.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Treasury Operations: Update cash positions and forecasts, reconcile cash activity, and prepare payment and funding requests under established approval processes.
  • Banking Administrations and Documentation: Prepare documentation for KYC requests, bank account openings/closings/signatory changes, and coordinate related communications.
  • Maintain records and support audits: Keep bank account and signer records accurate and organized, and gather supporting documentation for internal audit requests.
  • Automation & Process Improvement: Help improve recurring treasury tasks and maintain cash flow rules in the TMS, following established review and approval processes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, accounting, legal, and business units to align treasury strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses, process improvements, and special projects related to treasury operations.

We’re excited about you because…

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalentrelevant experience.
  • Basic understanding of cash management, bank reconciliations, and financial controls.
  • Strong Excel/Gsheet skills with the ability to analyze and reconcile large volumes of data
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to follow-up and problem-solving.
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

About this role

DoorDash's Treasury team manages cash and liquidity operations across the company's global business, including its international brands Wolt and Deliveroo. As a Treasury Analyst in Mexico City, you would support the day-to-day mechanics of this function—updating cash positions and forecasts, reconciling activity, preparing wire transfers and funding requests, and managing banking documentation for account openings, closings, and signatory changes. You'd also maintain records for audit purposes and help coordinate KYC requests with banking partners.

The role offers a clear progression: your first months focus on learning DoorDash's financial ecosystem and established processes, then you move toward autonomous management of daily operations. Beyond routine tasks, you'll identify opportunities to automate manual processes, reduce fees, and improve cash flow management through the treasury management system. You'll work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, legal, and business units to align treasury strategies with corporate objectives.

This position suits someone with a finance, accounting, or business degree (or equivalent experience) who has solid Excel skills, understands cash management and bank reconciliations, and can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role values data-driven problem-solving, ownership, and the ability to act—traits DoorDash emphasizes across its organization. You'd report to the Treasury Manager and have direct visibility into how your work supports a major logistics and technology company operating at scale.
