About this role

SharkNinja's Product Strategy & Development Co-op places you at the intersection of business strategy and product development, working directly with senior leaders to evaluate new market opportunities and drive product improvements across the company's Shark and Ninja brands. Over six months, you'll split your time between strategy work—conducting competitive research, building financial models, and presenting recommendations to executives—and product development, where you'll support everything from ideation through launch while gathering user insights and coordinating across engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

This role suits someone comfortable in ambiguous situations who can synthesize data into clear narratives and move fluidly between analytical and collaborative work. You should be skilled at financial modeling and comfortable with Microsoft Office and AI tools, with a genuine interest in consumer products. Prior experience in product strategy, chief of staff functions, or product launches would strengthen your candidacy, though the role is designed for someone in the penultimate year of a business administration or related degree.

Based in Needham, Massachusetts, this is a full-time, in-office co-op running January through June 2027, with a salary range of $26–35 per hour. SharkNinja emphasizes an AI-native culture and expects team members to experiment boldly with new tools—a signal that adaptability and comfort with emerging technology matter as much as traditional business skills.
