About this role
Dallas ISD is seeking an Individual Evaluation Supervisor to lead special education assessment and diagnostic operations within the district. This full-time, 226-day position requires someone with deep expertise in special education law and evaluation practices to oversee staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with district and state requirements. You'll need an LSSP and/or Educational Diagnostician license, at least five years of direct special education experience, and a bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (master's preferred).
The role demands strong operational leadership—coordinating evaluations, managing a team, and maintaining systems that serve students with diverse needs.
