Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Accounting team at Labelbox. In this role, we are looking for a high-energy, hands-on individual that can work independently and collaboratively with internal and external business partners. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will report to the Senior Accounting Manager.
Your Day to Day
- Work closely with order management, revenue and corporate finance team to understand the deal structure and ensure customer billing schedule and invoices are correctly created in SaaSOptics
- Work with Customers and Labelbox sales team to resolve outstanding issues related to billing and collections
- Review Aged Receivable report on a weekly basis and provide feedback for past due accounts along with weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments
- Process software subscriptions to generate bookings, billings, and revenue
- Implement dunning process in Quickbooks Online
- Create and streamline billing and collections processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- Assist accounting team with month end accruals and account reconciliations
About You
- At least 4-5 years of accounts receivable experience (more preferred).
- General experience in expense accounting and categorization preferred
- Experience with end to end Accounts Receivable.
- Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices.
- Experience with ERP systems (particularly Quickbooks Online, and SaaSOptics) preferred.
- Software/SaaS billing experience
- Ability to work with sales team and educate them on company account receivable policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including pivot tables and lookups), is necessary.
- Superior organizational, teamwork, and time management skills.
- A commitment to quality, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, customer service, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to multi-task and respond to requests in a timely manner.

About this role
Labelbox is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage billing and collections for a fast-growing AI infrastructure company. You'll own the full accounts receivable cycle—from ensuring invoices are correctly generated in SaaSOptics and Quickbooks Online, to monitoring aged receivables weekly, coordinating with the sales team on past-due accounts, and implementing dunning processes. The role also includes forecasting, revenue recognition for software subscriptions, and supporting month-end close activities alongside the broader accounting team.
This position suits someone with 4–5 years of AR experience who understands SaaS billing mechanics and can navigate multiple systems and stakeholders. You'll need solid Excel skills, intermediate accounting knowledge, and the ability to educate internal teams on AR policies. The work is hands-on and collaborative—you'll partner closely with order management, revenue, corporate finance, and sales to resolve billing issues and keep cash flowing smoothly.
