About this role
Nortal is looking for a Campaign Specialist to support high-volume batch email campaign operations for a major client (UDX), handling close to 100 projects during peak months. You'll build, configure, test, and deploy campaigns using platforms like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Unica—translating campaign briefs into accurate configurations, reviewing audience segments and data logic, and performing quality checks before deployment. The role demands strong attention to detail, clear communication across distributed teams and time zones, and the ability to identify gaps in requirements before they become problems. You'll also review peers' work, manage templates, track progress in work management tools like Workfront, and contribute ideas for improving campaign workflows.
This position suits someone with hands-on experience in enterprise email marketing platforms and a proven track record of catching errors before they reach production. You should be comfortable working from detailed briefs, comfortable with audience segmentation and basic data logic, and skilled at managing competing priorities without sacrificing quality. Clear English and availability during US Eastern business hours are essential, as you'll be the day-to-day point of contact for US-based stakeholders and coordinating with offshore teammates.
Nortal offers a fully remote setup across Latin America with USD compensation, flexibility around work hours and location, standard paid time off and sick leave, annual wellness credits, and a close-knit remote community with regular tech talks and team activities. If you have Adobe Campaign Orchestration experience, familiarity with legal and brand approval workflows, or a background in travel, hospitality, or entertainment, those are valuable additions to your profile.
