The work is hands-on and varied: you'll spend time both onsite with customers and coordinating with the Service Operations Center, handling everything from provisioning routers and switches to climbing poles and working in tight spaces. This is a hybrid position based in High Point, North Carolina, with dispatches to customer locations as part of your daily schedule.
The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexibly—including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
