About this role

Jumio is looking for an Identity Strategist to serve as the primary technical and strategic advisor for enterprise customers implementing identity verification and fraud prevention solutions. You'll work across the entire customer journey—from pre-sales through onboarding and expansion—designing tailored fraud strategies, optimizing verification workflows, and ensuring customers achieve rapid time-to-value. This is a hands-on consulting role where you'll partner directly with risk and fraud teams at major brands, translate complex compliance and technical concepts into business value, and coordinate cross-functional teams internally to overcome regulatory, legal, and operational obstacles during deployment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in fraud, identity, AML/KYC, or digital risk, with proven customer-facing experience in consulting, technical account management, or professional services. You'll need strong analytical and project management skills, the ability to think strategically about risk workflows, and comfort distilling technical concepts for executive audiences. Experience with identity verification platforms, fintech, enterprise SaaS, or APIs is preferred but not essential; what matters most is your ability to diagnose customer needs, design solutions, and drive implementation to completion.

This is a full-time remote role based in Austria, offering a minimum salary of €80,000 gross annually (38.5 hours per week), with flexibility based on your background and experience.
