About this role
Managing key retail accounts at Juul Labs means serving as the primary liaison between the company and major chains like Walgreens and BP's convenience store portfolio. You'll own the relationship at the headquarters level, orchestrating category reviews, negotiating contracts, resolving inventory issues, and developing retail programs that drive growth. The role requires translating complex sales data into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders and retail partners, then executing the strategies that result.
Success here demands at least five years of HQ-level account management experience in CPG or large-format retail, ideally with prior exposure to tobacco or other regulated industries. You'll need strong organizational skills, comfort with CRM platforms and data analysis, and the ability to operate independently in a remote setting while collaborating across departments. The position is based remotely with preferred locations in Kentucky, Ohio, or Illinois, though expect to travel roughly 40 percent of the time for quarterly business reviews, broker meetings, and in-person planning sessions—you'll need a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
The contract position offers a salary range of $94,000 to $119,000, along with equity and performance bonuses, health and wellness benefits, 401(k) matching, and cell phone and commuter subsidies. This is a high-responsibility role suited to someone who thrives managing complex relationships and executing strategy across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
