About this role
Iterative Health is seeking a Research Assistant to support clinical trial operations at their Providence site, working directly with the research team on active studies in gastrointestinal, hepatology, obesity, and cardiology. You'd be the on-site backbone of day-to-day trial execution, handling everything from participant screening and enrollment through data management, documentation, and compliance. This is a full-time, in-office role that offers genuine exposure to the complete study lifecycle—making it an excellent entry point into clinical research for someone ready to move beyond general healthcare work.
The position requires at least two years of healthcare experience and strong organizational skills, with responsibilities spanning recruitment support, eligibility assessment, CTMS and eCRF data entry, study file management, specimen handling, and coordination between sponsors, participants, and site leadership. Prior clinical trial experience or familiarity with CTMS platforms would strengthen your candidacy, though the role is designed for someone transitioning into the field. You should be prepared to work in both clinical and office environments, including occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
