About this role

iCapital Network is looking for an experienced accounting professional to manage end-to-end accounting operations across a portfolio of international legal entities spanning EMEA and APAC regions. Based in Jaipur and working in-office four days per week, you would own monthly close cycles, financial reporting, accounts payable administration, and intercompany accounting for a multinational financial services organization. The role demands proficiency with NetSuite and Coupa, combined with solid technical accounting knowledge including U.S. GAAP, multi-entity consolidation, and fixed asset management.

This position suits someone with 5–12 years of progressive accounting experience (depending on whether you're targeting the Senior Accountant or Manager level) who has worked across multiple jurisdictions and currencies. You'll need a professional qualification—CA, CPA, or ACCA—and hands-on experience with month-end close processes, audit coordination, and complex Excel work. Familiarity with financial services, SOX environments, and dual-ledger reporting is valued. The role emphasizes accuracy, stakeholder management, and the ability to juggle competing deadlines across seven international entities while maintaining compliance with Group policies.

Success here means delivering clean, timely financial reporting packages, fully reconciled balance sheets, and audit-ready documentation consistently. If you thrive in structured accounting environments, have strong technical ERP skills, and are comfortable working independently within a global team, this could be a strong fit.
