About this role

Supporting product launches and go-to-market strategy for healthcare technology solutions at Hearst Health's MHK division, this Product Marketing Manager role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and customer teams. You'll develop positioning and messaging frameworks for care management and health plan operations solutions, then translate those into concrete enablement assets—pitch decks, solution briefs, competitive talking points—that equip sales and customer-facing teams to articulate value to health plans, PBMs, and TPAs. The work spans the full customer lifecycle, from launch coordination through adoption support and expansion opportunities.

This position calls for someone with at least five years in product marketing, SaaS, or healthcare marketing who can simplify technical concepts into clear, audience-specific narratives. You'll need strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams, plus the ability to gather and synthesize customer feedback and market intelligence to inform strategy. Healthcare technology experience is required; background in healthcare payer, provider, or population health environments is preferred.

Based in Tampa with a hybrid arrangement (minimum three days on-site), this is a full-time role offering a fixed salary of $100,000 plus standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and generous PTO. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
