About this role

EDB's Chief of Staff / PMO office is looking for a Program Manager II to orchestrate technical programs across global engineering teams and keep the CTO's leadership organization running at scale. You'd own a portfolio of programs end-to-end—tracking progress, surfacing risks early, and maintaining the dashboards and reports that let senior leaders make decisions quickly. The role sits at the intersection of engineering operations and executive communication, requiring you to translate between technical teams and C-level stakeholders while managing planning cycles, governance processes, and strategic alignment.

This position demands hands-on experience shipping software and genuine fluency with data—not just reporting metrics, but defining the right ones and using them to drive action. You'll need to work independently with complex issues, collaborate across time zones, and communicate persuasively to influence outcomes. The team integrates AI into daily workflows, so comfort with AI assistants and ideally some ability to build or customize them is expected. Jira and Confluence administration, experience with executive presentations, and familiarity with process frameworks like OKRs or agile planning would strengthen your candidacy.

The role is fully remote for US-based candidates and reports to a Senior Engineering Director. It suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks systematically about process, and wants to have direct impact on how a growing engineering organization makes decisions.
