You would serve as secretary to the Agents Chamber, handling complex contractual disputes between clubs, players, agents, and member associations while advising stakeholders on FIFA Football Agent Regulations. The role spans investigation and enforcement of compliance, processing licensing applications through the FIFA Agent Platform, supporting CAS appeals, and researching jurisprudence to build institutional knowledge. You'll also mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with the Litigation Department and Head of Department on strategic priorities.
This position demands at least seven years of legal experience with substantial exposure to contractual disputes, regulatory matters, and independent case management. You must be admitted to the Florida bar or eligible to register as Florida Authorized House Counsel, with a master's degree highly desirable. You should be detail-oriented, pragmatic, and capable of managing multiple complex matters simultaneously while maintaining high standards under pressure.
