About this role

Fletcher Jones Motorcars is looking for an HR Assistant to handle the backbone of their human resources operations—everything from managing hiring and onboarding workflows to maintaining employee records and coordinating with managers on HR processes. You'd be responsible for ensuring documentation is complete and accurate, entering and updating employee information in HR systems, following up on outstanding approvals, and fielding routine questions from staff about policies and procedures. The role requires someone organized and detail-oriented who can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality around sensitive employee information.

Prior administrative or HR experience is preferred, and dealership experience would be a particular asset. You'll need strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, the ability to learn new HR systems quickly, and solid communication skills—both written and verbal—with a service-oriented mindset. This is an in-office, full-time position paying $23–$25 per hour, with a benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, 401(k) matching, and professional development support.
