About this role
Excel Sports Management's Brand Marketing internship offers hands-on exposure to sports agency work across sponsorship activation, client relationship management, and event marketing. You'll work roughly 24-30 hours per week on a hybrid schedule, spending about three days in the New York office and supporting the Brand Marketing team on real client projects. The role involves research, data tracking, event coordination, and creative development—from drafting activation briefs to preparing client call materials—while learning how sponsorship marketing and hospitality initiatives come together in a competitive industry.
This is a paid internship at $17/hour running January through early May 2027. You'll need to be a college senior, graduate student, or hold a degree already, and you're responsible for your own commute and housing. The position offers structured exposure to other divisions through lunch-and-learns and occasional cross-team projects, giving you a broader view of how a sports agency operates. It's suited for someone interested in sports marketing, client services, or agency work who wants practical experience before entering the field full-time.
