We are currently hiring for a Paralegal in our Atlanta location and will be eligible for remote work.
Qualifications include:
- 3 + years of experience in insurance defense litigation is a plus.
- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a litigation team.
- Must possess excellent organization skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to operate well under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Must be highly motivated.
Experience should include:
- Assisting attorney(s) in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions; drafting legal documents such as subpoenas and pleadings.
- Assisting in case analysis meeting all applicable deadlines.
- E-filing with both State and Federal Courts.
- Summarizing medical and billing records.
- Summarizing depositions and managing cases from inception to completion.

Carr Allison, a 150-attorney civil litigation firm across the Southeast, is seeking a paralegal to support its Atlanta office on a remote basis. The role centers on the full lifecycle of insurance defense cases—from initial case management through trial. You'll assist attorneys with trial and deposition preparation, draft pleadings and subpoenas, handle e-filing in state and federal courts, and summarize medical records and depositions. The position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
